MODEL PHOTO AND IMAGE RELEASE
For good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby irrevocably consent to and authorize the unrestricted use, publication, sale, display, printing, distribution, and reproduction by Photographers BLING, and its representatives, affiliates, successors and assigns (“Photographer”), in perpetuity, of any and all photographs or videos which have been taken of me by Photographer or during my engagement with Photographer (“Engagement”), whether taken by Photographer or a third-party photographer/videographer, without further compensation to me. I hereby grant and consent to Photographer permission to use, and to alter without restriction my name, portrait, photograph and/or other likeness in any and all of its, or its assigns’, products, product labels, services, publications, websites, emails, promotions, illustrations, advertising, marketing and editorial trades and in any and all other manner or media, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, including, but not limited to, use of my photograph and likeness on Photographer’s websites and other marketing materials, and the sale of my photograph and likeness in any form, including, but not limited to, prints, digital images, and/or videos, whether now known or hereafter existing, in perpetuity.
I hereby agree that the photographs or videos may be combined with other images, text and graphics, and cropped, edited, altered or modified. I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge Photographer from all claims and liability relating to the photographs or videos. I agree that this Release is governed by Florida law.
I hereby irrevocably assign and transfer to Photographer all right, title and interest in and to the copyright, including any registrations and copyright applications and any renewals and extensions, in any and all photographs or videos and their underlying copyrights (“Works”). The Works shall constitute Photographer’s property, solely and completely, and Photographer may alter, enhance or modify the Works at its sole discretion.
I may not include in my, or any third party’s, portfolio, credentials, website, or resume, or issue any press release or any other public communication, information regarding this agreement or Engagement.
I acknowledge that I am over 18 years of age and I am competent to contract in my own name.
